Which address to use

  • buddy@heyglyde.com for plain-text questions only.
  • company_name@heyglyde.com when your organization has a company-specific address and attachment support.
  • If you are unsure which address applies to you, ask your administrator or GLYDE support.

What to include

  • Put one clear recruiting request in the body of the email.
  • Examples: “Show candidate details for John Smith” or “Send email to candidate.”
  • Keep the request short and specific so the reply can stay concise and actionable.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

How replies work

  • GLYDEBuddy processes the request and sends an email reply back to the sender.
  • The reply is formatted for email reading, not chat, so expect short sections and clean structure.
  • If your account is not active or recognized, GLYDE will reply with account guidance instead of data.

Important limits

  • Plain-text buddy@... requests do not support attachments.
  • Email access is rate-limited to help protect the service.
  • Trusted sender checks and account validation are required before GLYDE will act on the request.
  • Blacklisted addresses or domains are silently blocked.
