Find your way around the GLYDE Teams experience.

The Teams app is designed to keep conversations, candidate context, and GLYDE actions in one place. This page explains the main areas so new users can become productive faster.

Conversations

The left side of the app focuses on your recruiting conversation list and candidate context.

Workspace

The center workspace is where you read history, send messages, add notes, and ask GLYDE.

Details

The right side shows supporting record details and related context while you work.

Bot Access

The Teams bot complements the tab for quick questions and welcome/help guidance.

LEFT SIDE

Conversation list

  • Use the conversation list to move between active, completed, or broader recruiting work.
  • Search helps you locate the conversation you want without leaving the app.
  • The welcome screen appears when no conversation is selected yet.
CENTER

Main work area

  • Review conversation history, candidate interactions, and GLYDE responses in one place.
  • Use the tabs to move between SMS, notes, email, and GLYDE chat features.
  • Ask GLYDEBuddy questions directly from the workspace when you need help or analysis.
RIGHT SIDE

Details panel

  • Keep candidate and application context visible while you work through a conversation.
  • Use it as your quick-reference area instead of switching between multiple tools.
  • When no conversation is selected, the right panel shows welcome and setup guidance.
TEAMS BOT

Chat and channel behavior

  • In personal chat, you can ask the bot for help or recruiting questions directly.
  • In channels and group chats, use an @mention so GLYDE knows the message is intended for it.
  • New personal installs receive a welcome message with onboarding and support links.
